The Recycling Foundation was formed to promote and fund recycling education and research in Washington State. Formed in 2000 in response to dropping recycling rates, the Foundation relies on corporate and private donations to further its mission. The Foundation encourages innovative education and research programs and funds these through its grant program.

2nd Annual Poster Competition
